The History Behind Mr. Nevill
Mr. Nevill came into this Troop before I did and tryed to bring the troop up to what it used to be. long before Mr. Nevill was the Scoutmaster, Troop 160 and Pack 160 were joint and once you crossed over you whent into Toop 160 and that was the way it was, untill people started getting bussyer and other things were coming into there lives, the troop was on the verg of going under, and needed a new Scoutmasterto take over for a while , so here came Mr. Nevill willing to help save the Troop. Now the Troop was not what it used to be before but we can now say with a grin on our faces, "It is better than nothing"

Mr. Nevill is a great Scoutmaster and has helped a lot of Scouts succed in Boy Scouting. Two members can really say that with a smile I am one of them , he was the one who would "light the fire" under our seats, and now the two Scouts are now members of the Order of the Arrow and are currently working on their Brotherhood. and are also working on graduating fom Baden Powell JLT. they are also the Senior Patrol Leader and Assistant Senior Patrol Leaders He has really helped turn this troop around.

Mr. Nevill has really lit a fire under all of our seats and got us to get in gear, with out Mr. Nevill I dont think that our troop would even be running. Mr. Nevill is not just a Scoutmaster he is a friend. He will be willing to help anyone get advansed into a higher rank. He aslo is a bussy man, all with school to better himself in his job, and with other scout "stuff" such as, Baden Powell JLT, Order of the Arrow, "District stuff" (the kind of stuff that out beats the Girl Scouts haha) and much more that I even know about.

All of us at Troop 160 are going to miss Harold very very much, but life goes on. It is not like Mr. Nevill is going to move to Germany, He will allways Be apart of TROOP 160 FOREVER!!

WE WILL MISS MR. NEVILL !!
